This is a great selection of Christmas Springerle that were produced by The Springerle Bakery’s owner – Alice. Alice has been working on new recipes and design ideas that will allow more variety and interest for her clients.

I call this a Lithophane Springerle. Same great taste but with an extra added dimension.
